Lisa Dolce CCMC, JCTC  Founder and President Career and Small Business Coach and Trainer, Workforce Development Consultant

A social entrepreneur at heart, Lisa founded Pinnacle Career Resources Inc., in 1999 to help people from "all walks of life" find meaningful jobs and advance in their careers. With over 20 years of experience in the employment industry, she is an innovator in the field of Workforce Development. Lisa has designed award-winning coaching and training programs that have empowered thousands of individuals to move past barriers to successfully reach their goals.

Lisa also understands the unique needs of human service organizations and the importance of meeting organizational goals as well as client needs. She consults with human services agencies, colleges and the government on how to develop quality career programs for diverse populations.

In addition to consulting and program development, Lisa is a much sought after Trainer and Facilitator. She specializes in offering customized workforce development workshops, coaching roundtables and staff training for human service professionals.

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and Business Management and is also a Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) and a Certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC).
