Lisa Dolce CCMC, JCTC  Founder and President Career and Small Business Coach and Trainer, Workforce Development Consultant

A social entrepreneur at heart, Lisa founded Pinnacle Career Resources Inc., in 1999 to help people from "all walks of life" find meaningful jobs and advance in their careers. With over 20 years of experience in the employment industry, she is an innovator in the field of Workforce Development. Lisa has designed award-winning coaching and training programs that have empowered thousands of individuals to move past barriers to successfully reach their goals.

Lisa also understands the unique needs of human service organizations and the importance of meeting organizational goals as well as client needs. She consults with human services agencies, colleges and the government on how to develop quality career programs for diverse populations.

In addition to consulting and program development, Lisa is a much sought after Trainer and Facilitator. She specializes in offering customized workforce development workshops, coaching roundtables and staff training for human service professionals.

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and Business Management and is also a Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) and a Certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC).

Maria Smith JCTC, NLP Certified Co-Founder Career & Life Coach, Trainer

As a Career and Life Coach, Maria is committed to helping individuals answer the questions:

Who am I? Where do I want to go? How do I get there?

Maria enjoys working with people who are “stuck” at a crossroads searching for their unique path. This includes a wide range of individuals:  young professionals at the 'what am I really interested in doing' stage; women re-entering the workforce to baby boomers that are closing one door and poised to open another.

Maria’s patient and gentle approach provides a safe and comfortable harbor from the chaos and overwhelming feelings that often come from a career or life transition.

Cindy Virtue JCTC Job Search Coach and Trainer

Cindy’s high energy coaching style makes her a favorite with people who are ready to jumpstart their job search.  Her no-nonsense approach leads clients through the job market maze with ease.  She brings over 18 years of experience in a variety of industries that adds to her versatility as a coach and a trainer.  Her clients often share how surprised they are to get a job so quickly.

Claudia Barnes Claudia is currently on Sabbatical finishing her graduate degree in counseling.

Claudia has this innate ability to energize anyone she meets --. You'll get honest straightforward responses that leave you believing you can do anything. Claudia specializes in work-life balance and women’s leadership. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious and will inspire and encourage you as you discover, articulate, and achieve your career goals. She loves working with career-minded women re-entering the workforce or transitioning into more flexible career positions and individuals looking for their “career calling.”

Claudia spent more than 15 years in corporate America in Sales, Sales Management, and training and development roles. Claudia has a Bachelor's degree in Business, is a graduate of Coach U, and is currently working on her graduate degree in counseling.

Lori Hsu International Program Client Coordinator

Lori brings her administrative expertise in the international arena to help coordinate our career programs for the foreign-born.  Her understanding of the challenges that immigrants face re-orienting to the American workforce has helped ensure the success of our programs. Lori has a BA in Liberal Arts with a focus on Human Services and has over 20 years of experience working in universities, public schools and the private sector assisting individuals to acclimate to a new culture.

Kristin Mentz Social Media Coach

Kristin Mentz, Social Media Coach, enjoys sharing the latest social marketing and networking tools and resources with a variety of audiences. As a marketing professional with 15 years experience in communications, public relations, and proposal writing, she engages audiences to learn the value of social networking and how to use the latest techniques, step by step. While using simple approaches, she shows effective ways of blogging, tweeting, and using connections made on LinkedIn and Facebook for individualized needs and career success.
