This dynamic career advancement program helps individuals in entry-level positions advance to jobs with greater earnings and advancement potential.

It offers a unique combination of services: Career Advancement Workshops, Individual and Group Career and Life Coaching, Basic Computer Training and Employment Referral. This program has empowered more than 1200 entry-level individuals advance and develop a long-term career plan to attain a better quality of life for themselves and their families.

New Jobs, New Lives Program

This innovative program helps immigrants new to this country successfully transition into the American workforce.

Based on our Employment Connection™ Program, this program incorporates the additional challenges that new immigrants must face to transition into the workforce and takes into consideration the barriers that underemployed immigrants must overcome to move to higher paying, more suitable jobs.

Pinnacle Career Resources Inc. in partnership  with FIRN and Howard County Housing and Community Development Agency, was awarded the 2006 MARC-NAHRO Award of Excellence for developing the New Jobs, New Lives employment program.  This program has helped more than 500 new immigrants transition successfully into the American workplace.
